A Long Time Coming
Danyel wrote Every Part of Me in 2014 but it wasn’t until 2019 that she went into the studio with Don Lopez to get it recorded. Everything halted when the pandemic hit. As things opened up again in 2022, Danyel headed back into the studio with the addition of producer Vince Esquire.
About Every Part of Me
This song is about changing our destinies by accepting and harnessing that we are all pure love, one love, soul love.
A range of relatable emotions, it’s a song with a powerful uplifting message, choosing happiness through connection and giving every part of ourselves to pure love to set us free.
Combination of funk and blues with a surprise rap, Danyel gave every part of herself when writing this song. Her guitar and vocals are joined by her sister Anna Stadlman on bass, Michael Ruff on keyboards, and Josh Greenbaum on drums.
